From zero to getting paid. Here’s exactly what happens.

1. Step 1

   Day 1

   You sign up (10 minutes)

   Pick your plan. Enter your company name (we check if it's available). Upload your passport or national ID. Tell us what your business does. Choose which bank you prefer. Pay. Done. Go back to your life.

2. Step 2

   Days 1–3

   We form your LLC

   We file your Articles of Organization with the state. Wyoming processes in about 1 business day. You get your formation documents in your dashboard as soon as they're ready.

3. Step 3

   Days 2–12

   We get your US tax ID

   Since you don't have a Social Security Number, we file Form SS-4 with the IRS via fax. This is the legal way to get a tax ID as a non-resident. It usually takes 8–12 business days. We check on it daily and email you the moment it arrives.

4. Step 4

   Days 3–5

   We set up your US address

   We activate a real US business address for your company. Not a PO box. Not a virtual mailbox. A real commercial address with a unique suite number and a utility bill in your company's name. This is what banks require now.

5. Step 5

   Day 12–13

   We open your bank account

   Once your tax ID is ready, we submit your bank application to Mercury (or Relay, Novo, or Wise — your choice). Because we use a real US address and pre-prepare your documents, approval is typically same-day or next-day.

6. Step 6

   Day 13–14

   We activate your Stripe

   We submit your Stripe application with pre-filled details, your verified business information, and your bank account connected. Stripe typically activates within 1–2 business days. If there are any review questions, we handle them directly.

7. Step 7

   Day 14+

   You're in business

   Your dashboard shows everything green. LLC: active. Tax ID: received. Bank: open. Stripe: live. You can now accept payments from customers anywhere in the world.
